Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering .
∎ Any additional Professional Qualification/Certification or Certified Training Course in a related discipline will be considered as an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Furniture Manufacturer, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of overall production process.
∎ Utilizing and managing man, machine and material to increase productivity.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge about any Metal related product (such as chair, sofa, steel almirah, file cabinet & heavy-duty rack etc.) cutting plan ready as per drawing.
∎ To assist in production technique development for making of various model chair and sofa.
∎ To estimate the cost of new products.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge about phosphating process & usable chemical.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge about powder coating plan (PCP).
∎ Coordination with different sections for production works and with the show rooms for smooth delivery.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge about all usable Machineries for Metal section.
∎ To prepare any Metal related regular/customized product Bill of Materials (BOM).
∎ Ensuring production of chair, sofa, steel almirah, file cabinet & heavy-duty rack and special items and timely delivery of them.
∎ Basic knowledge of cost minimization techniques and proper application of these techniques on product development.
∎ To assist in production technique development for making of various model chair, sofa & special item.
∎ Check quality of work in process products before distributing in Central Warehouse.
∎ Maintain proper steps and check quality in every step (such as different cutting, bending, phosphating, welding, grinding & powder coating etc.) in Metal Section.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge about picture wise sample product ready.
∎ Estimate production times, labor requirements & related costs.
∎ Assist production in resolving technical issues with machines/processes.
∎ Provide technical recommendations to correct product or process failures.
∎ To coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse for accurate and timely availability of raw materials.
∎ Prepare monthly production and product cost analysis report and submit to management.
∎ Keep records of own section's/department's activities and prepare daily, weekly & Monthly production report.
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to work at root level in the factory.
∎ Ability to work under pressure to meet production target.
∎ Highly skilled in Autocad, 2D & 3D .
∎ The applicants should have adequate knowledge MS Word & MS Excel.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
