Required Skills

• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Ability to develop new customer relationships and generate sales leads.

• Knowledge of garment factories, buying houses and the garments accessories market will be an advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to visit customers regularly.

• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and email communication.

Experience Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in marketing and sales in the garments accessories industry is required.

• Develop new customers and business opportunities in the garments accessories sector.

• Visit garment factories, buying houses and potential corporate clients to generate business.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new client networks.

• Promote and sell garment accessories products to garment manufacturers and buying houses.

• Collect customer requirements, follow up on inquiries and coordinate with the merchandising and production teams.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and follow up on purchase orders.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
