Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive – Compliance. The selected candidate will be responsible for compliance activities at the factory, including social and technical audits, Higg (FEM and FSLM) and Nirapon requirements, workplace safety, chemical management, risk assessment, and worker welfare monitoring.
Job Responsibilities
Handle compliance activities in areas such as Worldly (Higg) FEM and FSLM, Nirapon, and social and technical audits.
Monitor daily housekeeping and chemical management.
Monitor workers' benefits such as salary, final settlement and bonus.
Record and investigate incidents to determine causes, and carry out hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA).
Maintain relations and discipline in the factory for all employees and workers.
Ensure a healthy workplace by maintaining safety, hygiene and environmental standards.
Check the quality management system.
Monitor all health, safety and environmental issues across the whole factory premises.
Ensure and maintain appropriate records of compliance.
Perform compliance audits at the factory.
Perform any other work assigned by the Department Head.
