∎ B.SC in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Prepare project bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Project cost sheet.
∎ To prepare & check sub-contractors R/A billing procedure.
∎ T check & confirm material requisition receiving report.
∎ Estimate all kind of civil, sanitary, hardware and no schedule items.
∎ Issuance of work order & preservation of all engineering related works.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience of any reputed real estate company

Salary: Negotiable
