∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervises and monitors housekeeping system to ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene in the production floor , factory premises at all time in order to support compliance team in handling any announced / surprise audit
∎ Coordinates and executes all aspects of protocol support (E.g. transport, food, seating arrangements) for both employees and visitors (buyers, auditors, guests)
∎ Maintains close contact with Gov/Semi-Gov/Private organization , local influential figures , Law enforcement authorities , Media to effectively response to major emergency and accidents
∎ Needs to deal with industrial dispute, labor court, IR as per Bangladesh Labor law-2006 to avoid crisis situation in order to reduce number of legal issues
∎ Coordinates and executes all aspects of protocol support (E.g. transport, food, seating arrangements) for buyers and auditors, guests
∎ Monitors workers/employees day to day attendance, investigates criminal/unlawful act in order to ensure internal discipline
