Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers, vendors, and collect price quotations.
∎ Prepare comparative statements, fixing up rate & negotiation with suppliers·
∎ Generate and implement purchasing strategies to streamline procurement activities, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery. Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare purchase orders to the potential supplier in ERP(Oracle)·
∎ Maintain & update vendor database, Supplier evaluation, Supply Chain related documents, forms, charts etc. as regular basis.
∎ Collect & Process of bills for ensuring timely supplier payment.
∎ Monitor on time delivery, returns & worked with clients to resolve claim issues quickly and efficiently.
