Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & implement marketing plan and take corrective action as per market feedback
∎ Design and Allocate promotional plan, program and materials with strong, dynamic and innovative activities
∎ Preparing appropriate promotional plans with promotional materials on assigned products
∎ Generating innovative ideas in changing & developing promotional programs
∎ Developing & preparing product manual and training manuals for the assigned products
∎ To introduce new product and ensure individual product Growth.
∎ Design and Allocate promotional plan, program and materials with strong, dynamic and innovative activities
∎ Train the field force on assigned products
∎ Frequently doctor and field visit for the market development
∎ Co-ordinate the overall activities of brand management
∎ New product launching
∎ Conduct monthly sales meeting/conference & CME
∎ Analyze the sales- Rx performance to review the marketing plan
∎ Correspond with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign including journal advertising, direct mail and conferences.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant with MS-Office & Mail Communication (Email)
∎ Good communication skill in English & Bangla
∎ Well conversant with ERP software
Salary: Negotiable
