Additional Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from any reputed public or private university.
∎ MBA degree will add extra value.
∎ 3 to 6 years’ of work experience in a relevant area.

∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature.

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and control vehicle movement and assign the duties of the driver and co-driver.
∎ Make a schedule for routine maintenance of all vehicles and maintain proper documentation of the maintenance costs of company vehicles.
∎ Ensure preventive maintenance of all vehicles to minimize downtime and unexpected damage.
∎ Checkup the daily routine of all vehicles as per the checklist to reduce sudden breakdowns and monitor repair work.
∎ Check the vehicle logbook, movement time, trip cost, fuel quantity, and analysis to reduce the cost.
∎ Ensure all drivers and co-drivers are working effectively to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Entry trip information on VDRA and prepare monthly VDRA reports.
∎ Check the fuel bill, maintenance bill, route cost, and observe the overall expenditure of the vehicle.
∎ Check vehicles for all types of regulatory documents, including driving licenses, and ensure all documents are up-to-date.
∎ Monitor the vehicle's current location, start-stop time, and vehicle speed using VTS.
∎ Maintain the maximum KMPL of all road tankers, trailers, trucks, and pickups.
∎ Arrange in-house training programs for fleet crews to develop skills and raise driver awareness for safe driving.
∎ Monitor cylinder distribution and stock buildup.
∎ Manage trucking and pickup for B2B distribution to different delivery points.
∎ Submit the spare parts requisition to the warehouse and submit damaged spare parts with proper documents.
∎ Prepare a tire move order on the Oracle system and submit it to the warehouse.
∎ Prepare spare parts demand, MIS, and different types of reports as per management requirements.
∎ Collaborate with other departments for smooth operation and distribution.
