∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets;
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire of success;
∎ Self-starter & proactive;
∎ Good interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preventive maintenance of machineries and also follow SOP;
∎ To carry out routine schedule maintenance, breakdown machineries. maintenance of Factory;
∎ To lead by example by being as an active leader of the team;
∎ To communicate with technical service of machine suppliers;
∎ Always to look after keeping the machineries neat and clean & at running conditions;
∎ To ensure continuous improvement of performance & efficiency (Performance management) of your subordinates through proper motivation, supervision, controlling & training;
∎ To coordinate with production, store and quality assurance departments;
∎ To prepare the estimations for maintenance work such as purchase of new spare parts and maintain proper spare parts inventory;
∎ To be update and upgraded with the latest developments in the field and upgrading machinery;
∎ Responsible for keeping the records of all maintenance, repair works and machine catalogs;
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
