Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Social Media Campaign Management:
∎ Manage platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on Meta.
∎ Create and manage ads and content consistent with brand identity.
∎ Monitor performance metrics, provide insights, and adjust strategies as needed.
∎ Analyze and report credit limits to finance and deliver monthly analytical reports.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for cohesive campaigns.
∎ Email Marketing:
∎ Manage email campaigns via MailChimp, train clients, and handle payments.
∎ Optimize performance by analyzing metrics and adjusting strategies.
∎ Maintain client relationships and provide regular support.A2P SMS Marketing:
∎ Develop SMS marketing strategies compliant with regulations.· Coordinate with operators and internal teams for technical updates.
∎ Monitor balances, issue invoices, and report to finance.
∎ Market Research:
∎ Conduct market research to guide marketing strategies.
∎ Collaborate with marketing teams and external agencies for cohesive efforts.
∎ Website Support:
∎ Monitor client websites for issues and assist with content uploads when needed.
