Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Automobile
∎ Degree/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Transport Operation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Transport Management, Transport Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing and maintaining smooth operation of the Transportation.
∎ Maintain liaison and negotiate with the necessary Govt. offices such as BRTA, Roads & Highways, Local Police station etc.
∎ Checking daily transport movement log sheets and log books and keeping records/history of the drivers and incidents/accidents.
∎ Planning and controlling private transport/ truck movement and assigning duty of Driver.
∎ Supply or arrangement of vehicle/ trucks to the Finished Goods/ Sales Department as per their requirement and based on priority.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of all components of the vehicle and check frequently.
∎ To maintain repairing, servicing fuel/CNG consumption & spare parts records.
∎ Check fuel bill and observe the overall expenditure of the vehicle.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of all components of the vehicle and check frequently.
∎ Making sure that the maintenance, oiling and servicing schedule of the vehicles is followed.
∎ To prepare a monitoring statement and expenditure report of the vehicles.
∎ Maintaining allocated budget and costing and keeping the transport maintenance cost to the minimum possible by adopting good maintenance practices.
∎ Provide transport support to others as & when required.
∎ Ensure company's discipline for maintaining office environment & always to keep liaison with concerned plants.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above.
∎ Ready to do any other assignment assigned by the company management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
∎ Knowledge & experience in Concern Section.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Avail to read & write English fluently.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
