∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Counseling, Digital Market or Facebook Page, FacetoFace Customer Support, Guest Relations Services, Online (web email) Support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Developer, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Multinational Companies, Public Relation Companies, Real Estate

Job Context:
∎ Customer Service or Client Relations activities
∎ Also entails Front Desk related activities

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet and greet existing, new and potential customers (both individual and corporate) in the office in an efficient and professional manner.
∎ Execute the company sales & marketing activities, plans and procedures.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely and precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Handle all types of customer queries.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers.
∎ Facilitate and coordinate the closing processes relating to buy, sale and documentation of property units with the customers, on behalf of the Company.
∎ Follow up inbound customer enquiries to convert business leads to appointments.
∎ Outbound calls to customers or leads.
∎ Closely interact with customers to determine and serve their property needs.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as required.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by the Company from time to time.
∎ Coordinate with other internal functions to ensure timely and efficient deliveries of customers' service needs.
∎ Role play as a personal secretary

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2-3 years of experience in the domain of customer service or client relations in an established organization will be given preference.
∎ Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook).
∎ Good command over both oral and written English & Bangla languages.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, meeting & greeting skills.
∎ Able to work independently with a strong work ethic.
∎ Professional and dependable working attitude.
∎ Ability and willingness to do multi-tasking, prioritize and take initiative to meet goals.
∎ Ability and willingness to work in a team and collaborate with other team members.
∎ Willing to do networking and meeting new people.
∎ Good listening and analytical skills.
∎ Willingness to work for extended hours under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable (Depend on Quality & Experience) Salary commensurate with the competency and experience of candidates
