∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)/Master in any discipline from any reputed University.

Job Context:
∎ Smart and Energetic Persons are asked to apply for the position for Hospital Administration.
∎ JOB LOCATION: Bangabandhu Memorial Hospital (BBMH), Foy`s Lake, Khulshi, Chattogram.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting, editing, designing, issuing day-to-day office documents as per the instructions of the superiors.
∎ Coordination of all HR & Administrative function of the organization.
∎ To maintain daily attendance, late attendance and early punch for ensuring office discipline and maintain database.
∎ To assist HR Dept maintain and update personnel file and ensure proper maintenance of the same.
∎ To assist maintain HR database by recording joining, transfers, separation & changes in the job classifications and update leave information.
∎ To assist HR Dept maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment and Selection, wages, and allowances.
∎ Control of receive and dispatch of letters.
∎ Up-keep of the office premises and maintain the safety issue.
∎ Overseeing the housekeeping and proper security system of the Hospital.
∎ Coordination with the others departments for smooth operation of the organization.
∎ Any other task assign by the Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) & E-mail communication.
∎ Problem solving & decision making skill within shortest possible time.
∎ Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility.
∎ Candidate working or having worked in Hospital management will get preference.
∎ At least 2 years working experience in Administration
