∎ Bachelor/Honors

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Oversee all aspects of the Japanese visa and immigration service and ensure that the operation runs smoothly.
∎ • Must administer the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the school/ government/ embassy/ immigration.
∎ • All of the documents submitted by the students are thoroughly checked and verified and prepared other documents if necessary.
∎ • Prepare all documents' sample and communicate school/college/university requirements to students, colleagues or authorities.
∎ • Maintain strong working relationships with all students and colleagues.
∎ • Able to help the students to prepare relevant documents and constantly monitor documents' status to meet-up submission dead line.
∎ • Take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
∎ • Maintain records of students' documentation.
