Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective planning and implementation of preventive and periodic maintenance schedule for all production and utility machineries.
∎ Responsible for the operations and maintenance (including yearly maintenance) of HVAC and related equipment's such as cooling towers, chillers, pumps, FCU, AHU, cassette units etc.
∎ Sound knowledge on Effluent Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant (ETP), Sewerage Treatment Plant, Water Purification System, RO system etc.
∎ Prepare utility operations and maintenance budget preparation, monitoring and controlling, expense record and downtime analysis, root cause failure analysis.
∎ Coordinate with the electrical and civil team with all related project and maintenance activities at assigned areas.
∎ Ensure and manage compliance and safety standards, while executing works at sites and reduce safety issues or incidents to zero.
∎ Ensure electrical control & automation related work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Pharmaceuticals Industry.
∎ Candidate should be Sincere, Honest, Punctual and well proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office).
∎ Excellent communication skill in English & Bengali.
