∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Automobile Engineering, BRTA Regulatory, Transport Documentation, Transport Maintenance, Transport Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reviewing and carrying out necessary repair and maintenance of the vehicles as and when required.
∎ Assist in database management (fitness, renewal of tax token, insurance coverage etc.) of pool vehicles and take necessary action as per requirement.
∎ Maintain liaison with BRTA and other respective concerns for smooth transport operations.
∎ Prepare cost and efficiency statement of the vehicles and make comparative analysis to reduce cost.
∎ Assist in efficient and economical way for managing transport.
∎ Establish contacts and make agreement with the transport service providers for renting out vehicle as and when required as per company policy.
∎ Select and make agreement with reputed workshops for repairing and maintaining vehicles.
∎ Prepare various bill and take initiative for approval.
∎ Monito transport operation using GPS technology.
∎ Planning and controlling transports movement.
∎ Any other task given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Must have knowledge of MS Office suite
∎ Able to write in Bangla Avro keyboard
Salary: Negotiable
