Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct Induction training for newly joined MIO(s) of all business units
∎ To conduct refresher training for existing MIO/SMIO of all business units
∎ To prepare & coordinate training plans of the assigned sales division
∎ To ensure all logistic support of training & develop training materials
∎ To maintain relevant documents/records of all training related activities
∎ To identify ROI of training and Payback of every individual.
∎ To monitor MIO attendance and performance during induction training
∎ To conduct on the Job training throughout the country.
∎ Any other project assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in any reputed pharmaceutical company
