Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): International Sourcing, Product sourcing, Tender Processing, Tendering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing tender opportunities from different government organizations including defense services (Army/ Navy/ Air Force) through concerned organization's web-site, newspapers, E-GP Portal, BD-Tender or Tender Bazar etc.
∎ Sourcing tender opportunities from different government organizations. Preparing bid/tender documentation.
∎ Review all papers & relevant documents before tender submission.
∎ Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations as per tender requirements.
∎ Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process.
∎ Ensures the completeness & accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third party contracts.
∎ Communicate with govt officials/potential project authorities regarding upcoming projects.
∎ Liaises with Buyers, Procurement/Marker Analysts.
∎ Sourcing of items from foreign and local manufacturers/ OEM/ suppliers and analyze markets.
∎ Correspondence with the concerned manufacturers /OEM / suppliers for obtaining their offers, price quote (RFQ) and for any other queries related to preparing tender documents.
∎ Understanding of Govt. & private procurement process.
∎ Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
