∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Good communication skills, Microsoft Excel
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to answer calls and respond to emails.
∎ Responsible to handle customer inquiries both telephonic and by email or any.
∎ Responsible to research required information using available resources, different directories & sources and forward prospective leads to Sales Team.
∎ Responsible to provide product and service information to Customer.
∎ Responsible to generate prospect, take appointment and develop relationship with clients.
∎ Responsible to enter new customer information in ERP.
∎ Responsible to update and follow up existing customer information.
∎ Responsible to identify and escalate priority issues.
∎ Responsible to documented all call information according to standard operating procedure.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
