Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting potential existing prospects/customers through inbound/outbound calls to inform them about ULTIMA RO Water Purifier & other ULTIMA products and services using predefined scripts and the guidance and inspiration of The Company.
∎ Handle product & service inquiries as well as scientific (Water & health related) inquiries from various clients. Analyze the client's requirements and offer customized solutions based on the client's needs.
∎ Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the managers.
∎ Go extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
∎ Enter and update customer information in the database.
∎ Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information.
∎ Handle grievances of existing customers timely and in an effective manner.
∎ Good communication, negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
∎ Making enhanced outbound calls on leads.
∎ Understanding and managing personal performance on a daily basis.
∎ Responsible for achievement of daily targets.
∎ Problem solving and creative attitude
∎ Undertaking any other activity as assigned by his superiors from time to time.
∎ To meet KPI’s set by Manager with respect to number and quality of appointments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years of experience in telesales or other sales/customer service roles.
∎ Applicants must have a good skill at team management tools and productivity applications and to be highly adaptable with new technologies. (Google Suite: Gmail, Google Sheet, Google map, Google calendar. Email, Web browsing).
∎ Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
∎ Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of any regional language is definitely a plus.
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
∎ Must have experience in Outbound and Inbound Calling.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive Incentives on making valid leads to sales (up to additional 10,000/-).
Job Contract Duration: Minimum 2 years.
First 3 months will be counted as provisional period
If company satisfies with the performance of 3 months, the provisional employee will become permanent employee
In provisional period salary will be BDT 12,000
After becoming permanent salary will be BDT 15,000
