Job Context:
∎ We are seeking some experienced Telemarketing Executives who have experience in Call Center industry or Telemarketing sector. He/She is expected to make huge amount of calls every day with the data given by company and convincing & approaching the clients by setting appointments.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Mirpur-10)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Delivering scripted talks that describe the company's products or services to persuade potential customers.
∎ Explaining products and product prices.
∎ Answering customer information about products.
∎ Obtaining customer information such as name and address.
∎ Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
∎ Following up on previous customers for potential sales.
∎ Maintaining records of customer contacts.
∎ Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
∎ Excellent listening skills once the prospect answers your questions.
∎ Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
