∎ Diploma in civil/Electrical engineering from any reputed Govt. Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Estimates & Project Costing as per designing and drawing.
∎ Should have Knowledge in designing & drawing and capable of Drafting (Auto-CAD 2D)
∎ Preparing material requirement Schedule.
∎ Checking sub-contractor bill.
∎ To monitor Progress of work at site and reporting to the Management.
∎ To prepare and maintain file of projects documents, reports, drawing and other necessary paper’s related to project.
∎ To co-ordinate with Supplier, Contractor, Clients and Projects staffs’.
∎ Ensure quality of work & material at every phase of construction by maintaining appropriate procedures.
∎ Study all drawing and Maintaining work accordingly.
∎ Responsible for taking measurement of all work and recording in MBs.
∎ Ensure safety & security
∎ Ensure quality of Work and construction materials.
∎ Any other works assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Female Candidates are preferred for the Post
∎ Showed be smart and dynamic.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Should have Proficiency in English.
∎ Must have literacy in computer, e-mail and software uses.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
