Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA and BBA in Accounting from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collect requisition of machineries and spare parts, C/S approval, PO issue, PI collection, L/C opening, Communication with supplier, Shipment clearance and ERP entry.
∎ To claim marine insurance and premium refund settlement as well as marine policy collection against shipment.
∎ To complete LC cancellation process and close liaison with stakeholders' Department
∎ To settle import payment and database maintenance.
∎ To submit a bill of entry to the Bank to avoid overdue for a smooth LC process.
∎ To settle the query C&F bill and transport bill with A/C and Finance Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ 1 to 2 year (s) of working experience in pharmaceuticals industry will be considered as added advantage
∎ Candidate should have sincere, honest, punctual and well proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office)
∎ Excellent communication skill in English & Bengali
Salary: Negotiable
