Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare Purchase Order (PO) as per requirement
∎ To negotiate prices with suppliers to meet the organization’s expectations
∎ To follow up suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
∎ To communicate with the factory for new production development
∎ To communicate with Finance & Accounts department for payment
∎ To prepare MIS & cost saving reports on monthly basis
∎ To maintain liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers
∎ To Identify the improvement of operational areas & prepare the action plan
∎ To Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers
∎ To collect quotations & prepare CS & PO
∎ Any other project assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ MS Word, Excel Proficiency
∎ SAP Knowledge
∎ Quick decision making capability
∎ Proactive, Smart and positive attitude
∎ Sincere & Honest
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Basic pharmaceuticals related knowledge
