∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ A. Supply Chain
∎ 1. Manage vendor and supplier selection process base on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability.
∎ 2. Maintain smooth supply chain management for all kinds of items with required quality and quantity. Initiatives for source develop; procure required raw materials for our manufacturing.
∎ 3. Procurement of raw materials for confirmed orders, meeting delivery schedules, quality specifications and process requirements.
∎ 4. Liaison with commercial & store department as regular basis for up to date.
∎ B. Planning
∎ 1. Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
∎ 2. Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and Minimum delay.
∎ 3. Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover Production demand.
∎ 4. Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
∎ 5. Schedule shift according to production needs.
∎ 6. Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
∎ 7. Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of Defectives etc.)
∎ C. Sales & showroom
∎ 1. Develops new business territory, assigned & identify new clients.
∎ 2. Develops strategies and implements plans to grow profitable sales.
∎ 3. Communicates effectively with customers & keep in touch with potential clients
∎ 4. Good analytical, logical thinking & update knowledge of new products.
∎ 5. Achieves annual sales and gross margin targets.
∎ 6. Submission of prescribed sales reports and monthly forecasts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Advance knowledge of Ms Word, Excel is mandatory.
Salary: Negotiable
