∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Strong understanding of procurement processes and current market trends.
∎ Excellent negotiation skills for securing competitive pricing.
∎ Solid understanding of VAT, TAX and AIT regulations.
∎ Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Procure all required materials from local suppliers in compliance with company policies and operational requirements.
∎ Development and implement time and action plans for all orders, regularly monitoring and following up to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
∎ Prepare comparative statement (CS) to identify the best bid among potential suppliers.
∎ Ensure goods are purchased at comparative prices after verifying market conditions.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and logistics team to guarantee the timely delivery of goods to the factory.
∎ Work closely with stores to confirm timely receipt of the goods.
∎ Oversee the full procurement process from receiving purchase requests (PR) to issuing purchase orders (PO).
∎ Monitoring inventory level and calculate materials.
∎ Handle any additional procurement-related tasks assigned by management.
