∎ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

∎ 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory, or procurement.
∎ Experience in dealing with both local and international suppliers.
∎ Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software (preferably MA Enterprise).
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage inventory of spare parts, electromechanical items, general items, and lubricants.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets for spare parts and lubricants.
∎ Appoint and manage dealers, guide them to boost sales, and ensure timely cash collection.
∎ Communicate with foreign suppliers to ensure accurate parts ordering using correct part numbers.
∎ Process warranty claims and incorrect supply issues by verifying eligibility and coordinating replacements or refunds.
∎ Maintain detailed records of all foreign parts supply and claims.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly product demand forecasts.
∎ Monitor and control inventory to minimize delays from local and foreign suppliers.
∎ Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
∎ Ensure effective inventory control and maintain the ledger using MA Enterprise ERP system.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
∎ Maintain store discipline and prevent all forms of pilferage.
