∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 01. Prepare Purchase Order& Bill Top Sheet in ERP.
∎ 02. Receiving MRF and MRR Tracking.
∎ 03. Prepare Payment Proposal, Supplier Balance & Fund Management Report
∎ 04. Checking bills confirmation as per Purchase Order and Challan.
∎ 05. Regular follow up with supplier for getting offer.
∎ 06. Execute office stationary and entertainment items as per requisition.
∎ 07. Prepare of comparative statement (CS) for approval as per quotation.
∎ 08. Prepare monthly reports of Credit status, payment status & purchase status.
∎ 09. Prepare monthly & weekly budget for timely payment of suppliers.
∎ 10. Visit project to ensure the delivery of quality materials.
∎ 11. Follow up MRR from sites.
∎ 12. Co-ordinate supplier cheque distribution etc.
∎ 13. Updating supplier list.
∎ 14. Any other job as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
