Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Foreign procurement, IT Procurement, Local Procurement
Job Responsibilities:
∎ *Execute procurement related works with zero error; from scrutinizing purchase requisition, verify specifications, collecting commercial proposals, negotiation, evaluation of offers and up to issuance of purchase order.
∎ * Ensure on time procurement from local & foreign sources as per agreed SLA
∎ * Shadow cost/price calculation of goods/services through spot/online shop/market visit
∎ * Sourcing and inclusion of new vendors regularly, complying organizational requirement
∎ * Plan for the best way to get goods from suppliers to warehouse & distribution locations
∎ * Ensure compliance in all sourcing process as per SCM policy & ensure all procurement rights.
∎ * Regular reporting for procurement to pay process
∎ * Managing vendor relationships, monitor & improve vendor performance
∎ * Awareness in supply chain risk management and material management
∎ * Ability to build strong working relationship and influence at all levels within the organization and with external stakeholders at senior level
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in sourcing IT Equipment's,
∎ Must have experience of both local and foreign procurements.
∎ Good command on written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proactive, innovative and problem solver attitude.
