Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect price quotations, visit market, source vendors
∎ Prepare and follow up purchase order and delivery issues
∎ Receive procurement requirements through formal requisitions and identify the requirements of materials and justify specifications
∎ Implement sound procurement policies, systems and procedures in accordance with Organization's standards
∎ Ensure timely delivery of the requested materials
∎ Assist in the development of specifications for goods, services and works to be procured
∎ Source new vendors, Market survey, vendor enlistment and prepare comparative statement
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation properly
∎ Maintain right quantity of inventory which will lead to maximizing savings without interrupting production schedules
∎ Ready to perform other duties as required or assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent negotiation skills
∎ Should be Hardworking, Responsible and Pleasant Personality
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge on ERP operation
∎ Must have market knowledge and experiences regarding vehicle hardware, spare parts and tools.
∎ Strong Analytical & Communication skills
∎ Should have problem solving skills & ability to work under Pressure
∎ Experience in Cement/Steel sector will be given preference
