∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchase of electrical products, mechanical components, spare parts and packaging items
∎ Follow up ERP requisitions and collect Required for Quotation (RFQ)
∎ Prepare comparative statements, ensure ERP data entry and posting materials
∎ Prepare bill of purchasing items for audit
∎ Ensure payment and purchase order reconciliation with concerned department
∎ Maintain materials receiving report

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Strong negotiation and problem-solving skill
∎ Attention to details
∎ Reporting and analytical capabilities
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
