Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing existing raw materials based on the requirement with compliance of the regulatory guideline.
∎ Ensure raw materials availability based on the production timeline.
∎ Arrange tender for raw materials procurement based on company policies.
∎ Review the monthly raw materials requirement & LC opening & follow up activity.
∎ Maintain the inventory label as per company policies.
∎ Analyze costs across many different areas of the supply chain to find ways to reduce costs.
∎ Analyze operations to find ways to reduce risk.
∎ Compile reports, letters, and memos using various software tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers.
∎ Identify and acting on areas for operational improvement.
∎ Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ MS Word, Excel Proficiency
∎ SAP Knowledge
∎ Quick decision making capability
∎ Proactive, Smart and positive attitude
∎ Sincere & Honesty
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Basic pharmaceuticals related knowledge
