∎ Graduate/ Post Graduate from any repeated University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with local suppliers to purchase raw Materials.
∎ Collect raw materials samples and follow-up lab test result.
∎ Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality.
∎ Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities.
∎ Implement Supplier lists, price lists, conduct price controls, market research and consolidate order.
∎ Receive information form warehouse on stock position and ensure delivery as per demand date
∎ Verify receive items by comparing the purchase order.
∎ Follow up the supplier for ensuring delivery on time.
∎ Communicating with management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services affecting production.
∎ Document, Track and Maintain a database of all orders updated and disseminate periodic reports.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 Year(s) in local raw material purchase for ceramics industry.
∎ The Applicant must have proficient skills in MS Excel
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill in English
∎ The Applicant must have proficient skills in MS Excel, MS Office & Internet is must.
∎ Must be self-motivated, positive attitude with team building spirit & cooperation.
∎ Having flexibility, professional confidence, corporate sensitivity is appreciable.
Salary: Negotiable
