∎ A.T. Haque Ltd is a reputed & highly regarded Business conglomerate is looking for experienced and skilled professional for the position of Executive, in the department of Supply Chain Management for its Corporate Office.
∎ The talent we are looking for will be the following expertise:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecast stock of all kinds of spare parts for Tongi and Tejgaon Plant (Biscuit + Soap).
∎ To maintain strong liaison with maintenance team and store department to ensure spare parts purchase within due time as per purchase requisition on SAP.
∎ Responsible for all kind of electrical, Electronics, Mechanical spare parts purchase from local supplier.
∎ To collect quotation from different source of local suppliers according to materials requisition and prepare comparative Statement for final rate approval from management as per company policy.
∎ To arrange all kind of meeting regarding comparative price negotiation with various supplier.
∎ Keep records all documents related final approval sheet.
∎ Prepare Purchase Orders and providing to suppliers and follow-up time to time until materials delivery at plant.
∎ Prepare all kind of bill including documents as like challan and purchase order & submit to internal audit department & after complete of final audit do the bill submit to account department after MIRO complete.
∎ Verify the spare parts price of credit supplier with local market piece & visit local market as per department schedule.
∎ Follow-up purchase requisition on SAP.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, E-mail, Internet etc.)
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Hardworking, Proactive, Self-responsible, ability to work under pressure.
