Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Supply Chain Management related degree/training/PGD preferred.

∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source and procure materials or equipment according to project requirements.
∎ Maintain proper procurement procedure and Documentation.
∎ procurement processes to ensure efficiency, cost savings and best practices.
∎ Ensure vendor management through vendor selection, management, performance and serve the customer within stipulated time.
∎ Perform sourcing, liaising and negotiating with new and existing suppliers to improve business.
∎ Re-negotiate contracts with suppliers to produce better savings and further value for spend.
∎ Generate purchase order and forward to respective suppliers.
∎ Review supplies, works and services to ensure compliance with company procurement & sourcing policy and procedures for best procurement practice.
∎ Maintain positive working relationships with strategic suppliers to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
∎ Analyze market and delivery trends and to work on to develop procurement technologies and processes that support those trends.
∎ Reviews cost proposals and pricing information and maximize company interest.
∎ Ensure professional transparency to compares bids from vendors and determines, or assists with determination, to whom contracts will be awarded.
∎ Evaluates vendor proposals to ensure that all requirements are met.
∎ Confirms that terms and delivery dates are accurate.
∎ Evaluates competence of vendors and reviews their invoices for accuracy.
∎ Maintains database regarding vendors' performance and quality of product(s).
∎ Coordinate deliveries according to the purchase order.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very sound knowledge on construction supply chain.
∎ Should have proven experience in the related field.
∎ Good communication and motivational skill.
∎ Should be honest and hard working
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.
