∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Stores:
∎ To ensure proper inventory and stock maintenance of Raw cotton, Yarn & spare parts.
∎ To keep record stock of unusable waste cotton daily basis and send it to H.O. and also report to H.O. at the end of month.
∎ To received spare parts, which are procured locally and from Dhaka market.
∎ To keep record procurement of spare parts with proper record register.
∎ To prepare MRR for all spare parts procurement.
∎ To disburse spare parts from stock as per Demand Note Process and proper record keeping.
∎ To receive Raw cotton truck and weighing to check with raw cotton challan and
∎ To prepare the report of raw cotton receiving, weighing and make MRR to H.O.
∎ Issue gate pass of yarn delivery.
∎ To prepare VAT challan for delivery of yarn.
∎ To prepare monthly closing stock report of Raw cotton, yarn and unusable waste cotton.
∎ To received paper cone and prepare MRR at actual consumption.
∎ To prepare the scrap report monthly basis for auction
∎ To ensure proper record keeping of farming income fund, fisheries and agro fund.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management in time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package
∎ Efficiency in English is needed
∎ Must be a team player
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-motivated and have pleasant personality with good communication skills
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete tasks within deadline
∎ Preference will be given to incumbents having experience in working spinning mills
Salary:
∎ Tk16000

∎ No transport expense for staff living in factory compound
∎ Bi-annual Bonus: 2
