Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and check the materials from the supplier with purchase order.
∎ Verify and record the receipt of the goods in the system.
∎ Keep the materials systematically in their specified place and ensure zero variance.
∎ Issue materials as per the request from the concerned department.
∎ Inform Senior Executive about the stock level of the item in order to reorder.
∎ Cross verify the physical stock with the system regularly as per the dept. /hospital policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Good oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent Computer skill.
