Job Responsibilities:
∎ To exercise general control over all activities in Store Department
∎ Daily update stock register, Bin card and tally software.
∎ Prepare different types of Bill & Challan.
∎ Receive Material & issue as per Goods requisition, Delivery Challan , Purchase order, Packing list.
∎ Receive Materials & keep record with tally software & stock Register send from head office
∎ To issue materials only in required quantities against Authorized requisition notes.
∎ Goods return (GR) from various parties are properly returned to stock register and posting to tally software
∎ To check the Tally Balance, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control.
∎ Prepare monthly stock report regularly.
∎ To ensure Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt material
∎ Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; & send to head office
∎ Checked Stock Register with Challan
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
