Job Context:
∎ We`re looking for Executive/ Sr. Executive, Technical & Sales who can help us with our current project & Machine Services. The right candidate will have experience in electrical engineering and be able to work with our team to complete the project on time and within budget.
∎ US-BD Technology Ltd. Focuses on coding & marking system. Its products include Continuous Inkjet Printer (CIJ), Laser coding system, High resolution printer (TIJ), Hand jet printer, Auto Taping machine, Winding & rewinding machine, conveyor belt, Auto paging machine & related industrial printing consumables and spear parts. Our printer is widely applicable to pharmaceutical, cosmetics, personal care, plastic, cable and food industries.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation and service support of Continuous Inkjet Printer (CIJ), TIJ & others machines.
∎ To provide application support of Coding Printer analyzers at the customer end within the specified time frame.
∎ Troubleshooting and maintenance of CIJ, TIJ & Laser Printer to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations of the Factory & Plant at anywhere of Bangladesh.
∎ Ready for 24/7 support at Factory level if necessary.
∎ Ensuring Customer satisfaction.
∎ To support for product promotion.
∎ Regular Phone call to keep close contact with the customers for any technical support.
∎ Maintain liaison and strong relationship with customers and meet their requirement efficiently.
∎ Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
∎ Co-operate with sales team for more revenue Generate.
∎ Overseas correspondence with practical knowledge.
∎ Should be capable to maintain contact with Corporate & Factory Level Client.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, personally with own responsibility.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 0 - 2 years (minimum 1 year)
∎ Fresher's are Also encouraged to Apply
∎ 1-2 years Industrial Machineries service & Sales experience will be given preference.
∎ Candidates should be confident, smart & should have good Communication Skill with Clients.
∎ Honest, Hardworking, dedicated & presentable.
∎ Computer Literacy with Office Application, e-mail and internet browsing.
∎ Good command in English & Bangla Language is needed.
∎ Self-directed and proactive, able to think beyond the immediate problem and drive with minimal guidance/ oversight.
∎ Must have good manner & patience to handle people and Good interpersonal skills and leadership quality is much desired.
∎ Move anywhere in Bangladesh for work Purpose
∎ Must be physically and mentally fit for work long time.
