Responsibilities & Context
The growing demand for power products like IPS, UPS, Solar System etc. create opportunities for business expansion. The position supports this growth through effective & efficient complaint management, technical consultation & operations, technical team management while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely complaint resolution, accurate fault diagnosis, effective customer communication, and minimum repeat service returns of EPP & ESS products (IPS, UPS etc).
Provide technical support to the corporate sales team to enhance sales performance and business growth.
Train & develop the technical skills and product knowledge of technicians and other team members.
Supervise PDI, DST, and workshop operations to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
Manage spare parts inventory and sourcing efficiently while maintaining quality and cost control.
Ensure quality inspection and compliance of new products with required standards.
Prepare and provide required reports from pre-delivery inspection, workshop operations, product & spare performance /quality, defective stocks, complaints regulations etc. to the top management.
Supervise & monitor troubleshooting support to dealers nationwide.
Maintain a motivated, collaborative, and performance-driven team environment.
