Educational Requirements:
∎ Business Graduate, Preferable major in Accounting/Finance/Supply Chain.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all Commercial Activities.
∎ Manage all LC related issues.
∎ Maintain communication with suppliers, especially foreign suppliers.
∎ Maintain communication with freight forwarders & C&F agent regarding shipment & customs clearing.
∎ Prepare & Maintain database and hard copy filing of LCs properly.
∎ Prepare RFQ, collect Quotations/Proforma Invoice & prepare Comparative statement for Supplier selection.
∎ Sourcing of new potential products.
∎ Prepare Costing of products.
∎ Note: Company management will associate to be trained up for the required tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1 year experience in Supply Chain/Commercial.
∎ Fresh Graduate also can apply.
∎ Skilled in English written & verbal communication.
∎ Proficiency in e-mail communication with foreign supplier.
∎ Dynamic & should have excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
