∎ Age at most 38 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain a supply chain network and strategic relationships with key suppliers, ensure suppliers are accredited to the Supplier database and are aligned with the company’s Ethics Code of Conduct.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day activities of procurement team members and make sure to place orders and goods in-house on time from both Local and overseas.
∎ Good knowledge of spares and equipment such as Garments Accessories, Garments & Stationeries etc.
∎ Identify suitable suppliers and negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality & specifications.
∎ Regularly monitor supplier's performance & build up best business relationships with preferred suppliers.
∎ Ensure quality/standards of all raw materials as per specifications.
∎ Develop, maintain & upgrade the database of sourcing and updating existing vendors/supplier information.
∎ Update information on the market, price of material, new development of product and alternate sources.
∎ Maintain & update all Supply Chain Management reports to the concerned department.
∎ Identify new product prospects through data-driven analysis of the market.
∎ Check requisition daily and purchase the requisition product as per management approval.
∎ Ensure the specification, quality and quantity of the product according to a material requisition.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
