Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Industrial Management, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Mechanical Engineer will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Distribution Supply Chain Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sourcing, Negotiation, Comparative Statement approval, ordering, delivering of products/ machines from home and abroad.
∎ Take quotation from different suppliers, Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
∎ Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
∎ Prepare necessary documents for opening various types of L/C, receiving master L/C, check L/C and advice required amendments within strict time frame. Prepare L/C statement and input data in ERP system.
∎ Issue PO to respective supplier, follow up orders and ensure timely delivery
∎ Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
∎ Maintain and update records of purchased products and delivery information
∎ To deal with Freight Forwarder, C&F and respective Government authorities for logistics and Customs clearance activity
∎ Prepare budget and plan for all procurement activities

∎ Age 26 to 32 years

∎ Must have computer skills
