Share Department/ Company Secretariat
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain statutory records and registers according to the Company Law.
∎ Should have the knowledge and orientation on Company Law, BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL & RJSC related rules & regulations.
∎ Company formation and annual return to RJSC related work.
∎ Collect the certified copies of necessary documents from RJSC
∎ Prepare board meeting, Committee meeting documentation such as notice, agenda, minutes, attendance register etc.
∎ Sound knowledge on BO accounts, Dividend disbursement and maintaining dividend register
∎ Monthly statutory reporting to DSE, CSE & BSEC
∎ Sound knowledge Listing Regulation 2015
∎ All kinds of dealing with govt./non govt. and other related organizations i.e. BIDA, CCI&E, BERC, in connection with company matters.
∎ Any other task as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years hands-on- relevant experience
∎ Strong organization and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities;
∎ Ability to work in direct and cross-functional teams.
∎ Good command in computer application. Must have a sound knowledge in MS Office an bangla typing
∎ Should have strong interpersonal skills and leadership quality with decision making.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should have positive and flexible attitude.
