∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

After Sales Service, Automobile Engineering, In Automobile industry, Sales & Marketing, Sales and services of Construction and earth moving equipment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the achievement of total sales target set by the Line Manager for the area through driving the sales strategy of the assigned product line (construction equipment earth moving machinery) and increasing penetration in the market.
∎ Market Survey/Market research & create new buyers in Construction Equipment's by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models.
∎ Developing Customers by maintaining relationship and aftersales Service with previous customers; suggest trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greet drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
∎ Demonstrate equipment's by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
∎ Travel frequently all over Bangladesh to identify new sales opportunities, Maintain relationship with existing & prospected clients and provide proper support, information & guidance.
∎ Visit existing customers regularly to understand their insight and solve technical issues.
∎ Plan & organize sales and service campaigns.
∎ Support and assist recovery team & after sales service team.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
