Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in EEE, Electrical Engineering, Architect or a related field from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute sales and marketing plans that align with the overall business strategy for electrical goods.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and trends in the industry.
∎ Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and other means.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders, and develop new relationships with potential customers.
∎ Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to customers, and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust strategies as needed.
∎ Manage and track sales and marketing budgets, and report on performance metrics such as revenue, expenses, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our electrical goods.
∎ Work closely with product development teams to ensure that our electrical goods meet customer needs and expectations.
∎ Maintain a deep understanding of the electrical goods industry, including emerging trends, technologies, and regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the electrical goods industry.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
∎ Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop compelling proposals and close deals.
∎ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Knowledge of electrical goods, including appliances, electronics, and other related products.
∎ Willingness to travel across the country as required.
∎ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
