∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ The applicants who have PGD in SCM will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are searching for a talented and qualified as well as highly organized and hard-working in Supply Chain Management / Purchase professional.
∎ The candidate should have the confidence to handle Procurement works independently to fully utilize experiences and skills while making a significant contribution to the success of the company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicant must be convey and execute sourcing plan and strategies for all Direct & Indirect Materials, outsource finished goods with best price, credit terms, quality and delivery lead time and return policies for achieving best buy.
∎ Applicant must have ability to negotiate with suppliers relating to price, credit terms, quality, on time delivery and return policies for achieving best buy.
∎ Incumbent should have capacity to ensure availability, right price, and quality in line of outcome from supply demand process.
∎ Applicant must be reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased on time.
∎ Applicant must be explore new suppliers, vendors to enhance the product quality & services.
∎ Applicant must be perform to deliver on time and action plan for all requisitions orders and follow-up regularly.
∎ Incumbent should be maintain format for urgent purchase Indent, purchase requisition, request for quotation, comparative statements, purchase order etc.
∎ Applicant must be maintain and archive purchasing files in accordance with the rules of company.
∎ Incumbent must be negotiating with suppliers to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency.
∎ Applicant must be ensure on-time support all business units in regards to Ship Building & Logistics Department (especially Mechanical, Electrical spare parts) in an efficient and cost-effective way.
∎ To prepare the weekly & monthly purchase works report to Management.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the superior or Upper Management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communicative skills in both English & Bengali,
∎ Good Interpersonal Communication skills and negotiation skills,
∎ Strong analytical and purchase skills,
∎ Practical knowledge of MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote.
∎ Should be honest, hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Only experienced and expert candidates are requested to apply for the post.
