Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should be M. Pharm/MSc in Biochemistry. MBA shall be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set marketing strategies of products and execute successfully through sales team.
∎ Prepare reports, get feedbacks from sales team and find gap areas for improvements.
∎ Get engaged in personal selling process with the sales team and also be an active partner in all related sales activities.
∎ Work at field level to be in touch with the physicians and pharmacies to assist the management for implementing marketing Strategies.
∎ Educate and update information to the sales team specially on-the-job.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years in similar position.
∎ Very good academic Knowledge
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla & English
∎ Pleasant personalities with very good inter personal skills
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Very good computer skills, mainly MS word,MS Excel & PowerPoint
