Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Pharmaceutical Technology, Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in Pharmaceutical Technology
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Must be an A Grade pharmacist register with pharmacy council
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Agrovet Product Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To undertake pre-formulation study for new Product Development.
∎ To be develop the specification and analytical method of finished product.
∎ To prepare lab/pilot batches.
∎ To prepare BMR, BPR, SOPs, Process Validation Protocol & Report, Stability Protocol & Report.
∎ To prepare recipe, annexure, dossiers etc for regulatory requirements.
∎ To prepare process validation report
∎ To execute process validation.
∎ Responsible for method development and validation activities
∎ To be responsible to perform the analysis/ testing of lab batch, Intermediate, Bulk & Finished Products, validation batches and Accelerated Stability and Real Time Stability Study
∎ To be develop the specification and analytical method of raw material.
∎ Reviewing formulation of existing products based on product or market complaints, stability related problems or cost saving need.
∎ Responsible for daily performance check of balances & pH meter and calibration of all measuring equipment's / instruments at fixed intervals according to the calibration Program.
∎ Responsible to ensure that the cGMP, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines.
∎ Ensure proper product quality review system.
