∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, MICROSOFT OFFICE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop yearly promotional plan and marketing plan.
∎ Preparing annual promotional budget and forecast.
∎ Looking after the digital channel (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, Google)
∎ Launch new products and services.
∎ Analyze the competitive marketing environment and find out the strategy and developmental opportunities.
∎ Keep liaison with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in B2C and B2B Market.
∎ Execute promotional strategies and guidelines and ensure to implement through Necessity.
∎ Arrange clinical meetings and seminars to facilitate rapport of field force with the target doctors and corporate house.
∎ Coordinate promo materials development, design, procurement, allocation, and distribution.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor the work in progress,
∎ Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly analysis of brand/portfolio performance, sales and promo expense etc.
∎ Any other task assigned by Departmental head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Good Medical and Laboratory knowledge.
∎ Ability to work as a team member.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ With strong communication skills both in Bengali and English with excellent presentation skills.
∎ Be conversant with MS Office.

Salary: Negotiable
